HR1500PTO |
The HR 1500 PTO is our most economically priced automatic system.
This hydraulic system utilizes torsion spring arms to cover the load and a hydraulic motor attached to the tarp roller to rewind the tarp and uncover the load. The tarp is housed upon a hydraulic gantry that is capable of moving vertically from 60 to 96 inches.Steel pivot arms are standard, but extruded Aluminum Arms are available by ordering HR1500PTOA. The Standard Tarp is 9' wide expandable Heavy Duty Mesh.
The fixed arms do not extend. Recommended for Tandem Axle Hook Lifts/Cable Hoist and Trailers covering fixed height containers up to 22' in length. |
HR2000 |
Includes 6” spring loaded telescopic roller, a Hydraulic Gantry (68" to 156") powered by either a 12 volt DC self- contained power unit (HR2000PP) or it can be integrated with the truck's hydraulic system (HR2000PTO). Spring Loaded Roller acts similar to a window shade. The Standard Tarp is 8' wide Heavy Duty Mesh.
Recommended for Tandem Axle Hook Lifts/Cable Hoist covering 20, 30, or 40 cy containers (22' long) |

Includes a 12 volt DC direct drive right angle electric gear motor that provides steady and quiet rotation of the roller assembly and a Fixed Gantry. To cover a load, the electric motor unwinds the tarp and the torsion spring arms pull it towards the back and to uncover the electric motor winds the tarp onto the roller. Steel Arms are standard, but Aluminum Arms (HR1500EA) are available. The Standard Tarp is a 9' wide Expandable Heavy Duty Mesh.
Recommended for Single Axle Hook Lifts/Cable Hoist covering containers up to 16' long. The arms (fixed) do not extend. |

TT6000 |
The Top Tarper consists of an axle that runs the entire length of the trailer. The axle utilizes multiple 8 foot sections. Axles are joined together with a bow anchor or axle connector and is supported by 5 hinges. The hinges have brass bushings and grease fittings. Trailer has corner bracing and cross bracing. The TT6000 has aluminum bows with anchors.
The system utilizes two cables running outboard on side for tarp tensioning. Power is hydraulic to rotary actuator. The standard tarp is plastic mesh. The Top Tarper is available in three different models:

Roller and crank assembly that mounts on the front of the container 9-ft. wide waterproof cover (18-oz. vinyl coated nylon) with built-in shock cords which allow the wider cover to be rolled up into a narrow roller.
Zinc-plated tubular steel rear section that fits through a pocket in the rear to aid in covering and uncovering.
Curved metal deflector to prevent wind from getting under the cover during transportation of container. |
