The Zia Symbol
(Pronounced: Zee-yah)
This is the State Symbol for the State of New Mexico.
As a boy growing up in New Mexico I saw this emblem everywhere. As an adult I grew to appreciate it's simple honesty.
I've seen various versions but here's mine.
It came from Spain in the 1500's. It represents the sun, the key to all life. It bases all things in life on fours. The 4 sets rays represent;
-
The four directions, North, South, East, West
-
The four seasons, Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall
-
The four parts of a day, Sunrise, Noon, Evening, Night
-
The four stages of life, childhood, youth, manhood, old age
Everything is bound together in a circle of life and love, without beginning, without end.
This company is going to be built around good people providing excellent service to other good people.
